Ruby manages the dog bakery & boutique Customer Service department, greeting every customer, guest, friend, repair man and delivery personnel with extreme enthusiasm. Ruby also likes napping and ripping apart every toy she is given.

Chicken mainly oversees the wood and vinyl shop operations, however she is known to routinely perform asset protection vulnerability assessments for the business by stealing and sampling doggy treats from inventory.
