Lucy heads our Quality Control department, ensuring every treat we make meets our strict quality standards. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, napping and alerting the household of suspicious pets who are walking by.

Ruby manages the dog bakery & boutique Customer Service department, greeting every customer, guest, friend, repair man and delivery personnel with extreme enthusiasm. Ruby also likes napping and ripping apart every toy she is given.

Chicken mainly oversees the wood and vinyl shop operations, however she is known to routinely perform asset protection vulnerability assessments for the business by stealing and sampling doggy treats from inventory.
